In 2019, Distribution Canada Inc. (DCI) commenced a restructuring for the purpose of ensuring that DCI’s business practices are aligned to current and future changes in the market, as well as to explore potential new growth opportunities. The redesign included the formation of a new not-for-profit corporation called “Canadian Independent Grocery Buyers Alliance (CIGBA)”.
